However, the good news quickly spread after the dashing man gave a humorous interview to the magazine in which he mentioned how his mother would be “very delighted” about her son’s new position.

Chris Evans discussed his Hollywood career, which has lasted more than 20 years and shows no signs of slowing down, during the interview. Evans, though, acknowledged that he’s also considering his future more than just performing, including marriage and parenthood, saying, “That’s certainly something I want.” Sadly, the 41-year-old actor has stated that there are some things that he wants simply for himself or just for his family and friends.

Chris Evans also opened out about his desire to slow down after 22 years in the entertainment industry: “Right now, feeling confident enough to let up on the gas is my favourite part of my job. I think I have a little more leeway to take a break from the business and yet find work that would feed my creative appetite when I go back.”
The Gray Man actor, however, has a tonne of new projects in the works, so he has no plans to slow down just yet. Chris Evans and Dwayne Johnson, dubbed The Rock, are presently filming Jake Kasdan’s Red One. The action-adventure Christmas film is scheduled to be released in 2023 during the holidays. Alongside Knives Out co-star Ana de Armas, Chris will also be seen in Dexter Fletcher’s romantic action-adventure movie Ghosted. Additionally, there is David Yates’ conspiracy drama film Pain Hustlers, in which Evans co-stars with Emily Blunt. “High school dropout Liza Drake [Emily Blunt] obtains a job with a failed pharmaceutical start-up in a fading strip mall in Central Florida, where she quickly finds herself at the centre of a criminal conspiracy with fatal repercussions,” states the summary of the movie Pain Hustlers.
